Since 2018, Tenderplayful has specialized in foam ball pit manufacturing and was among the first factories in China to mass-produce. In 2019, we produced 20,000+ ball pits for NUBY and pioneered compressed foam technology—cutting shipping volume by 80% with 98% rebound rate. Certified to EN71/ASTM/CPC, retail-audit ready, with in-house aging tests. In 2019, we produced over 20,000 ball pits for global baby brand NUBY. At that time, traditional ball pits were bulky and costly to ship, which led us to launch our compression innovation project.
